Michael has extensive financial and administrative experience. He has a degree in business from Michigan State University, with a major in marketing, and has held management and executive positions with technology related businesses, manufacturing and health care corporations. His familiarity with legal and regulatory matters was helpful in the start-up of Clarity Center, as well as his on-going accounting assistance, computer, organizational, and research skills. His editing of material and his ability to focus on an issue with a directness is a valuable asset to the operation and administration of the organization.
As a founding member, he further serves as a mentor to developing leaders and the certification of facilitators. He also supports the executive committee in reaching consensus.
Michael’s past experience includes co-founding Loving Well Institute in 1989 to teach the basic skills of listening and the practice of peer counseling very similar to The Clarity Process℠. He and his partner presented public lectures and facilitated weekend workshops as well as consulted privately with individuals and couples. Michael also consulted with various companies in the application of listening and communication skills in their organization.
